We believe at Wusinich & Brogan that service to others is important. Attorneys are part of a larger community. We believe our ability to assist you is enhanced by providing leadership and taking roles in our community. Our attorneys have participated in many voluntary activities to help our community. Attorneys from our firm have served the citizens of this nation and Pennsylvania in the military, as prosecutors, as public defenders, and as local officials. Our attorneys are active in the local Bar Association. We have served willingly to provide pro bono representation to those who cannot pay for an attorney.
The practice of law is shaped in suburban and rural counties by lawyers who view the law not as a job, but as a way of life. They take seriously and very personally, the example they set for the legal profession. They understand that integrity and reputation is important to the administration of justice. We aspire to this challenge.
We aim to do our part in developing the practice of workers’ compensation and protecting the rights of all claimants, both locally and statewide. Members of our firm show leadership in various ways. One attorney is co-author of the prestigious Bisel Workers’ Compensation newsletter. Another attorney has been Chair of the Chester County Workers’ Compensation section. Another has written on work injury issues of significance of the compensation bench and bar. We all have engaged in teaching other members of the compensation bar on particular topics of interest. We strongly lobby our local elected officials in the area of workers’ compensation practice when legislative changes can affect the rights of injured workers.
